This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit madgietech.com, contact us, or enquire about our services. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and clients of Madgietech.
This policy does not cover how our clients handle the personal data of their own customers. If you are a customer of one of our clients (for example, if you have booked an appointment with a business that uses our AI Front-of-House System), your data is controlled by that business, not by us. We act only as a data processor on their instructions — you should refer to that business’s own privacy notice.

We use GoHighLevel (operated by HighLevel Inc.) as our customer relationship management and automation platform. GoHighLevel processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor, under their standard Data Processing Agreement, which incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to lawfully cover the transfer of data to their infrastructure in the United States (via subprocessors including Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services).
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Some of the personal data we collect is processed on servers located in the United States, via our use of GoHighLevel. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, to ensure your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that required under UK GDPR.

Our data processor, GoHighLevel, encrypts personal data at rest and in transit, and maintains its own independently assessed security measures.
