Madgietech uses GoHighLevel, operated by HighLevel Inc., as part of its customer relationship management, forms, appointment booking and automation infrastructure.

The website provides a "Booking & Functional" preference that controls whether the GoHighLevel booking calendar and associated booking technology are loaded.

The HighLevel booking script is restricted to the Free Clinic Review booking functionality and is not intentionally loaded site-wide. It is only loaded where the booking calendar is required and where the visitor has allowed Booking & Functional technologies.

These technologies may process technical information and may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies depending on the service and configuration being used.

7. Embedded Appointment Booking

The Free Clinic Review page includes an embedded appointment booking calendar provided through GoHighLevel / HighLevel.

The GoHighLevel booking calendar and associated booking technology are not loaded for visitors who have not allowed Booking & Functional technologies.

Where Booking & Functional has not been allowed, visitors are shown an option to:

"Allow Booking & Book"

If a visitor chooses this option, the booking technology is enabled and the existing GoHighLevel calendar is loaded. Visitors can subsequently withdraw this permission at any time through "Cookie Settings" in the website footer.

When this booking functionality is loaded or used, HighLevel may use cookies, local storage or other technologies to:

• provide the booking functionality;
• maintain a visitor's booking session;
• protect forms and booking services against misuse;
• process information entered into the booking system; and
• support the technical operation of the embedded service.

Some technologies associated with an embedded service may be set or controlled by the third-party provider rather than directly by Madgietech.

Specific cookie names and expiry periods may change as the provider updates its technology.

8. Website Fonts

The website uses Instrument Sans and Manrope as its typography. These fonts are now locally hosted by Madgietech within the website itself.

Because the fonts are self-hosted, a normal visit to the website does not require a request to Google Fonts or Google's font servers, and the visitor's IP address is not transmitted to Google solely for font delivery during normal page loading.

9. Strictly Necessary and Functional Technologies
